Primary ResponsibiLities

  • Directs sales for large complex accounts.
  • Consistent, high level sales results.
  • Directs sales of largest, complex accounts; New Sales specialist on 100+ cases.
  • Provides leadership and strategic direction to ensure profitable growth.
  • Develops strategies and executes sales plans to achieve membership growth and financial goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle most difficult assignments and transform those assignments to winning opportunities.
  • Consistent and continued success with broker partners driving superior client satisfactions.
  • Expert in multiple funding mechanisms.
  • Market intelligence leader to assist management with product, pricing and strategic initiatives to better leverage competitive position.

qualifications

  • BA/BS and 5 years of professional/leadership experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
  • Excellent written, oral and negotiation skills required.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and strong PC skills required.
  • Excellent managerial and leadership skills required.
  • Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
